The single-track design and a curvature radius starting from 150 mm allow for complex three-dimensional track layouts. The chain runs on a wear-compensation pad to ensure low wear and can operate at speeds of up to 50 m/min, with system lengths of up to 40 m using only one drive unit.
The system is extremely flexible and efficient, whether delivered as a turnkey solution or assembled individually, with chain widths ranging from 44 mm to 295 mm and a wide selection of drive systems, bends, tie bars, side rails, and other accessories. Gentle transport and precise positioning using workpiece handling components are also available as standard.
