The versatile HamakyuFlex flat top chain conveyor system features a modular design. Modules and standardized components make it simple and cost-effective to integrate the system into any production process, as well as adapt and expand it. HamakyuFlex is a conveyor system that evolves according to your requirements and is compatible with systems currently available on the market.
The single-track design and a curvature radius starting from 150 mm allow for complex three-dimensional track layouts. The chain runs on a wear-compensation pad to ensure low wear and can operate at speeds of up to 50 m/min, with system lengths of up to 40 m using only one drive unit.
The system is extremely flexible and efficient, whether delivered as a turnkey solution or assembled individually, with chain widths ranging from 44 mm to 295 mm and a wide selection of drive systems, bends, tie bars, side rails, and other accessories. Gentle transport and precise positioning using workpiece handling components are also available as standard.
Over the years, HamakyuFlex has been successfully used in many industries and reliably transports a wide variety of products to their destinations.
